Zucchini Basil Banza with Radish Leaves


1 box of Banza shells or shape of choice

2-3 T Zucchini Basil Pesto (homemade), as needed

1 T fresh basil, chopped

2 cup daikon radish leaves, chopped

1/2 cup frozen peas

2 teaspoons Trader Joe’s Nutritional Yeast

infused blood orange olive oil or favorite oil of choice (the blood orange has an amazing sweet flavor that pairs perfectly with these ingredients)

chili pepper flakes

sea salt + pepper


  1. Drizzle pan with infused olive oil and add radish leaves.  Sauté on low to medium heat for about one minute. Add frozen peas, stir and cook until peas have softened.
  2. Cook Banza according to box. Drain and add to pan. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  3. Allow mixture to cook for a few minutes until all flavors are combined.
  4. Season to taste + garnish with fresh basil.
